North London’s Clavish has provided us with visuals for his latest drop “Fashion Week” freestyle. Easing back into the scene this past year, Clavish continues to rise to UK stardom.
The relaxed beat complimented by his gritty wordplay creates an exceptional balance throughout. He talks about the struggles in the streets, creating a more authentic feel to the song. Clavish’s nonchalant delivery matches his character and image. He is himself, not too much of anything, neither is he too little of anything.

Rapping about how his mum found his ‘food’ and his ways distasteful, Clavish illustrates how he does as he feels necessary regardless of ‘insults’ Clavish is committed to what he sees fit. The North London rapper takes a turn from the dark picture he paints and sheds light, balancing out the mural. ‘Doing positive, now they wanna be my cousin’. The rapper highlights how people only gravitate to you when you’re doing well and distance you when you’re not.
Based in central London, we can see Clavish filming outside various high-end stores such as Dior and Chanel, adding to the theme of ‘fashion’. Coming from the end of the video, Clavish appears to be by himself creating a more intimate feel.
