Through this song, the Philadelphian rapper establishes a poignant vibrancy utilising autotune on a distressing Dougie-made instrumental. He emphasises how his heart is turning cold because of all the betrayal and troubles he faces.
Carter Visions accompanied Angel’s audio with a music video, which showcases Meek paying tribute to Lil Snupe with a clip of him at the start of the music video. Also, Meek pays tribute to Nipsey Hussle by ending the visuals for Angel (RIP Lil Snupe) of the LA rapper speaking.
